Hi, I am the Daughter of Carl E. Taylor who served in Vietnam in the 604th Transportation unit in Pleiku from April 1967- March 1968. He recently died this last week, and we did not know anything about his service until we were going through old photos. He never talked about his service, and we never asked. We found his medals, and discharge papers etc. He is being buried with Military honors, and I was curious about where he served. Then I stumbled upon your website. I could not find an administrator for this website, but I would welcome a contact, and I did not see his name on the roster. There is a Taylor there but it has a question mark next to it. Hi all. I am looking for a friend that use to share door gunner responsibilities at night when another company needed a door gunner for hot lz\'s he had problems sleeping and eventually was sent to a safer post. Wanted to find out if he is o.k. now. I know it\'s late but took a long time to get my thoughts in order. hope your ok partner. |
