Kevin laid wood flooring for us - although he started out with vigor and seemed very loyal to the job, in the end he was slow, had excuses for not showing up and made many mistakes, of which he was supposedly going to correct. I made the mistake of paying him before he was done, and he never returned, nor did he answer any of my phone calls or emails. We spent a lot of money having someone else come in to fix his mistakes. What a nightmare.
