Llama-sté: Incorporating Humor into Your Yoga Practicev

Hi everyone,

I’ve started a new Sunday morning routine that I like to call "llama-sté." It’s all about finding inner peace while not taking myself too seriously.

In 2026, it’s easy to get caught up in a jumbo cycle of stress, so I’ve been sharing llama puns with my yoga classmates to lighten the vibe. Do you find that a stellar joke helps you relax your muscles during a tough session?

I’m striving for a Sirius connection between mind and body, but with a "woolly" twist. Does anyone else use humor to enhance their mindfulness?
