I realize I am not a major contributor on here, but I visit every day. I’ve read a couple of posts leaning into political/social issues - my opinion is that it’s not a good idea - I know I’m not comfortable with it. I’m a firm believer in the no politics/religion should be discussed. From my experience, it seems that any time these issues pop up folks argue and somebody leaves ****** off. Not everyone has the same view point or sensibilities. I’d prefer reading discussions on Crank Forward bikes and other related issues.

That’s just me – it’s just my opinion – it’s not my forum. This is not posted as an argument one way or another, or singling anyone out. If you feel otherwise, I’m fine with that; I’m ambivalent on either topic – it’s just an observation

You're right about sticking to content on CF bikes. I certainly don't want to see us get off into the area of politics or religion. What I consider humor isn't the same for everyone else. Next time I'll drink my coffee before posting in the am

As I said - there is no blame. Everybody may be fine with those discussions, then I'm the stick-in-the-mud and you go from there. I was just throwing out an observation.

I would prefer to stay on topic, unless the issues directly impact what we are doing. There is no denying we are connected to all things, and politics is the common goo between. Where we stand is pro-earth, an obvious place to stand, and the ONLY place, unless you got a ticket with VIrgin. Hey, I just want to ride my bike(s) and enjoy life, and spread that happiness to as many as possible!
