hi im sure i can sympathise with the lateness of your service but the cleanleness of your train is down to the passengers who think that because the train is metal and shaped like a bin that they think they can throw there rubbish on the floor.....anyhow keep smiling and invest in a good quality coat...mh

= I have been late numerous times for work. Last friday i was waiting on barry docks station for 44 minutes before my train arrived. We recieved no apology and still had to pay full fare! and yesterday the train broke down on barry docks station for 40 minutes-luckiely we were sat on a train and not in the frezzing cold. I was late for work on both occasions and have lost 2 hours pay and been marked down for my lateness. I wonder if the rail company would like to explain the situation to my boss? I understand that trains do break down, but perhaps a apoligie and a reduced train fare would be some sort of consilation. The train companies want us to use public transport, but it is so unrealiable. The trains are also flithy and in need of a good clean.Perhaps if the trains were a little cleaner we would feel more comfortable waiting on the train for 40 minutes. I'm sure I'm not the only person to feel this way. Lets just hope my trains on time tommorow, because at this rate my opinion of the rail service within this region is going lower and lower by the day.
