Had a great time at the monthly Saturday Breakfast Safety meeting.
Matt Mitchell turned the Pilot's Lounge into a breakfast extravaganza, with pancakes, sausage, danish, and eggs to order. All for $5 to cover food.
Matt's Diner serves from 9:00 to 9:45.
There were about 25-30 attendees and we all got a chance to tell real life flying stories about what happened to us (or what happened to "a friend"), what we did about it and what we learned.
Sure beats making all those mistakes yourself.....
Later, the overcast broke up (mostly) and it was a great afternoon to fly locally. "Clear between the clouds", as they say......
All in all, a great way to start the weekend -
Next Sat Breakfast 2nd Saturday in October.
