Your comparison is irrelevant. You presume that a Hubble servicing mission should take the same time as LRV deployment. Why?

But the details are what makes your analogy fail. HST service missions are very detailed and highly complex. That's why they take so long. LRV deployment is not as difficult and so doesn't take as long. You can't compare a complex activity to a simple one and say that one is invalid because it doesn't take the same amount of time or skill as the other!
