My wife and I honeymooned on Guernsay. I wanted to go abroad, she wanted to stay in Britain. We kind of met in the middle and got a little of what we both wanted. We did spend a day on Herm and had always talked about spending more time there.
I was surfing the net this morning looking for a holiday and came accross your pictures of Herm. Wonderful! An hour or so later, we are now booked, in a Tent (all that was available) for Tuesday 26th July, for 6 nights. Cant wait!
Kids at school at the moment are expecting to go to Italy (Lake Garda a favorite)! They might be a little suprised! Italy can wait till the end of summer.
