I think You recorded Please Mr Postman Before the Marvellettes Did
Dear Dee Dee,
I am convinced you were the first to record Please Mr Postman and I suspect that the Marvelettes have robbed you of the credit that you deserve for singing that song.
I had a copy of it on the Cameo label when I was 10 or 11 years old. I no longer have that copy and can't find it anywhere now.
Please get back to me on this.
