Wondering whether to take late half term break in Oct next year for halloween in the park and for a change of season but a little concerned as to how much is actually open in the way of shopping ( Tarragona, Reus etc) and restaurants for lunch and or dinner. Have most locals locked up and left by then?
Out of season is a cheaper option but if there is little going on then not much point. How's the weather that time of year too ?
Shame Ryanair cannot fly into Reus, such a pain we have to go from Barcelona and spend extra on transfers.

A few places in Salou will be closed but still enough open to have a good time. Reus, Tarragona, etc will be fully open. Most of the locals live in Salou or surrounding area. Weather usually OK but can get a little chilly at nite.
Ryanair will be flying to Reus in 2016 from selected UK airports. Check their website and info for details. Some routes are announced but schedules not loaded yet.
