anyone know where you can buy instant porridge in tarragona area

I assume by instant porridge - you mean the stuff you put in the microwave. Have you tried Carrefour / Mercadona? They've got quite a few different porridges these days. In Carrefour, it's in the foreign food section they've got a couple of varieties. In Mercadona, it's in the cereal section.

The normal stuff is fairly instant, add a bit of butter, milk and nuke it for a few minutes, adding mik as it thickens....
