The Freesia Group's 12th Annual Christmas Fair will be on Sunday 8th December at the Salou Town Hall (Ajuntament).

The Fair is growing each year and we need lots of help to:

Ask local shops, bars, etc. for donations for prizes for the Raffle and Tombola (where we raise lots of funds)

Make cakes, cookies, jams, pickles, chutneys, sweets., etc (We raise a lot of money on the home-made produce)

Pack and make Christmas hampers for the raffle (which is always HUGE).

Put up posters and hand out publicity

Set up the day before the event and on the morning of the Fair

Man the Freesia Group stalls on the day and clear up after the event (the premises have to be cleared up before we leave that evening)

Man the entrances

We also need people to provide festive entertainment on the day such as carol singing, children's entertainment, etc.

We need to start now as there's so much to do. It's our biggest event where we raise the most funds for the three Spanish cancer charities we support.
