Have you any unwanted gifts, books, DVDs, CDs, unused toiletries, bottles of wines and spirits, chocolates, tins, etc.? Could you donate them to the Freesia Group for their 9th Christmas Fair? We still need lots of stuff for raffle prizes and the Tombola.
We also need second had toys, new or "nearly new" clothes, good quality stuff for the White Elephant - all must be in good condition.
Last year we raised some 7,000 euros at the Xmas Fair. Please help us to surpass this amount. Everything is donated to the three Spanish cancer organisations we support (official cancer research centre in Madrid, the Spanish Assocation Against Cancer in Tarragona, and AFANOC - children with cancer for a special project in Tarragona).
If you can help us, please bring your donations to our planning meeting at 11 am, Wednesday 3 November at Restaurant "Meson Daisy" (corner C/Barcelona & C/Carillet - in front of Bon Preu). Or you can bring it to Charlie Chaplins/Christies, C/Falset, Salou, from Tuesday 23rd to Friday 26 November, 10 am to 4 pm.
