As we all know happy hours have been banned but some hotels are still doing it.Lately police have come down like a ton of bricks on a local business for still doing this type of promotion.Is it one rule for hotel owners and another for the rest of us?????.
The hotel in question is in the newer part of Salou near the Mossos police station.It does not belong to the PA group.This is another way of just keeping the tourists out of the bars and pubs.By the way ALL INCLUSIVE DEALS are even worse than happy hours.
