What is the most classy bar in salou or surrounding areas where i can sip on champagne? haha

The classiest area,especially at sunset,is the Carrer de Colom. Some top class Spanish bars overlooking the sea.Not cheap but classy,with great views!Enjoy!

Most of the bars on the front in Cambrils are also very classy. Lots of other nice bars dotted about, some in hotels, some near golf courses, some on the many beaches... all depends exactly what views you want!

Lucas, there is plenty of nice bars and restaurants along the promenade.

All of them are friendly.

Maybe the barrells, thats a classy place !!
