SUMMER 2010 ITS LOOKING BETTER

Things seem to be looking up a bit , the pound is getting stronger against the euro , Ryanair are back in strength this summer with about 35 flights a week from the uk and ireland alone and will also be operating out of cork and knock , Budget travel have been bought out by club travel of ireland and already selling holidays to salou , the weather continues to be lousy in the uk making people desperate to get some sun, prices in turkey have shot up, prices in spain have dropped , bookings for dutch, italian, german and belguims are up on last year according to the local paper yesterday so all in all not bad.
Oh and i nearly forgot celtic have signed robbie keane and continue to play terrible ,looks like being a good year.

Things are looking up,but Club Travel have only bought the Budget name not taken over the rooms they had in Salou. They are only trading via the internet. Good news is Falcon Holidays are taking over some of the rooms Budget had. Bookings are up, all we need now is the Euro to go up.

Re: SUMMER 2010 ITS LOOKING BETTER

I dont see things that good im sorry. Ireland is in a real deep crisis which means less tourists and less cash to spend and the new companies wont be bringing as many people as budget, the euro is still very low , and ryanair flights although there are many they wont be full.Lastly bookings are up for other europeans who all tend to come in july and august but its the brits that come from may to october and there bookings are at best the same as last year. Its still early days and on the upside people seem to book later nowadays.
