I would still recommend coming over soon for an exploratory mission Craig. ONLY you can decide for yourself, based on your own findings. Let everybody know when you are arriving, get round the bars the local owners go to, and chat with them. I believe the Esmerald Apartments are open and charge very reasonable rates.
