Seen today on the news: it is illegal (and always has been!!) for any airline to charge passengers for their baggage allowance and use of their credit card. If they do so you are advised to put in a complaint with the Consumer protection agency.
Do you really think Ryanair don't know? They just don't give two monkeys about your rights. If you want to do something, you can file a complaint with the "Oficina del Consumidor" with the Generalitat. They will sort it out for you, and get your money back.
