Just booked flights to girona for march, would like some help, Whats it going to be like in salou then,whats open ie shops bars resturants? Been doing hotel searches but finding very little open then, is that because its still to early? How long do you think it will take to drive from the airport to salou? Been to salou before but it was in the summer. Whats the weather normally like that time of year?

was there march last year,weather was a bit chilly at night but nice druring the day and it was dry.most places was open but then it was easter break.all the uni guys from england were there so the place was hopping we had a ball.

hi don't know about the drive from the airport.but if you go to alpharooms.com you will find a hotel.i always stay in the sol costa durada,off peak great hotel fantastic food and very reasonable rates off peak,hope this helps

About 220 Km distance,approx 2 hours easy drive on the Motorway.Tolls approx 9 euros each way.Add about an extra hour if you don't go on it.
Very few Brit style places open but plenty of Spanish bars/restaurants which are great!Port Aventura sould be open mid to late March.
