We are planning on seeing the camp nou which is pretty easy from salou, but would also like to visit the Bernabéu in madrid. Does anyone have any idea's on the quickest way there? ( I have heard high speed trains go from Tarragona to madrid).

There are flights from Reus Airport to Madrid.Don't know the times or the cost but search 'flights Reus to Madrid'for more info.The airport is easier to get to than the AVE station which is well outside Tarragona!

Well i think there are only 2 flights a week to Madrid from Reus operated by Iberia/ATR. These might be expensive and unless you are lucky may not fit in with your travel times.
You can go via Barcelona El Prat or Ryanair/Girona but by the time you have got to these airports, checked in and traveled you are talkling quite a few hours.
Personally I would drive with a hire car... around 5 hours or get the train from Tarragonna
