It was 1.20 when I was in Salou last summer

not great but better then 1 to 1

today when i looked post office was giving 1.14, thomas cook were giving 1.15 but cash converters were giving 1.20

Dollar/pound rate... was the the first or second World War and as for cash converters giving 1.20.... Ho, Ho

Seriously though.... if the new speaker can give the MP's a kick up the backside and bring back some respect in the HOP before the next election then I can see the pound/euro improving a bit more. Fingers crossed for 1.25 by August

Well that is the only cash converters I know of. Moneycorp who deal in millions of euros every week are only offering 1.17 for transactions of over £10k so if there was anyone offering 1.20 the queue would be from Spain to England and back again.
