is there any water parks open at all on the 5th of may to the 12th of may

Water parks opening dates:

Aquopolis in La Pineda from the 14th of May.
Caribe Park (Port Aventura) from the 23rd of May.
Aqualeon in Tarragona province from the 20 of June.

Hope this infor helps but I can see that the dates that you are here, is only 1 day available for you at the Aquopolis.
