hi all,was out in salou last week and booked a return bus transfer from airport,the return bus did not turn up,even though the guy on the other end of the phone said it did.little did he know we were waiting with a plana worker at a ticket kiosk,result lying spanish bus worker and a 28 euro taxi fare,!!! beware

I'm just home after a week in Sunny Salou (apart from the early morning thunder storm). Bought a return ticket at the airport and the return bus was on time to pick me and another twelve couples up. Some of them were heading for the wrong stop and had to be convinced to wait with us. I've yet to be let down by Plana but I guess it happens sometimes.
