I am having a running battle with Thomsons atm. I booked a family room suitable for up to 6 people at Portaventura hotel for the summer. There are only 4 of us but I wanted to ensure that we had plenty of space in the room.
However after speaking to various members of forums I am led to believe that this hotel does not have rooms this big. Thomsons are assuring me that this is what we will get mon arrival, but I am confused and concerned.

We've stayed at this hotel several times and are going there again in June.
I have never seen a room big enough for 6. If you try on any site to book one room for 6 people, it will tell ytou that it's not possible. You can book 2 interconnecting rooms for 6 people, and they will charge you for 6 people .
As there are only 4 of you it is my personal opinion that the room you get will be big enough for you. They are not small rooms.
It's an exceptionally nice hotel, the staff are very helpful, the surroudings are beautiful. Enjoy your holiday.
