After the UB session on Jan 15, 2012 I read, or re-read this Paper 93, p 1014 which is devoted solely to this "emergency Son" who first came to earth in 1973 BC and was known as the Sage of Salem.
His appearance as a full grown adult into a tent and disappearance 94 years later from his tent one night is as dramatic-undramatic as one could imagine -'movie quality' moments.
MM was a great influence on Abraham (who wasn't as old as the Bible says, and Sarah was much younger than the Bible says so it was entirely possible for her to conceive and give birth to Isaac )
The UB says his teachings at Salem (which later became known as Jerusalem) did spread very far - - to Egypt, Asia Minor, Mesopotamia....British Isles, China, Japan.
Unfortunately there was no way of recording MM in those days - no print media, no photos, no voice recordings and 500 years later, his whole narrative was 'regarded as a myth'.
It was Joseph (the one sold into slavery by his many brothers, the one with the coat of many colors) who rose to power in Egyp (what a great story) who was the great grandson of Abraham, who was bery sympathetic to the teachings of MM, and for this reason Joseph declined miliary command of Egypt.
MM is held in great respect by the UB writers.
As we know he was on earth again for 100 years as an INVISIBLE RESIDENT GOVERNOR GENERAL of the planet, bwteen 1030-1130 AD....
It is not clear what his future role may be but it is possible he will have a role on Urantia again.
