If you don't have to register your presence here during that 10 months, I seriously doubt anybody in Authority would even be aware you had left.
I also doubt that they would not let you leave during your visa anyway...why would it bother them? Unless you left the EU, in which case your passport would show you had gone out of the Country, and the EU.

in my case my passport will be stamped as I am out of EU region.....
I have no clue that's why m asking if there is any minimum stay which is required .....
