Has anyone changed their phone from Telefonica to BT. Seen it advertised in Sun newspaper & was wondering whether to give it a go but heard some horrendous stories from people who have changed from Telefonica to other companies

Hi, We changed about 5 years ago had no problems at all.
Their technical dept also speak English which is an advantage.
Telephonica trying hard to get us to change back but can't match price with internet package and U.K. calls.
