Ryanair aren't basing their aircraft at reus which was already announced though usually a scare tactic to give them their subsidies, but flights are reduced next year and are still for sale(meaning they haven't completely gone) so it sounds like a Russian airline is now using reus as a base which would make sense considering the increased numbers to have direct flights rather than flights just to Barcelona, but using it as a base is rather odd to me.
