Conflict of interest question
Payson Roundup BB Posted by patrandall (pat Randall) on April 12, 2007 at 12:09 p.m. According to Town Records, Andy Romance was on Green Valley Redevelopment committee and is now on Town Council. According to Gila County records, he now owns property at 703 West Main. This property joins the Chilson-Overman property. Is it ethical, moral or legal for him to discuss or vote on anything to do with the development of Overmans property?
