Without Chibi-usa's pure heart/energy she couldnt BECOME Mistress 9 and her power had nothing to do with Saturn because she would of blown up the planet herself(which wasent her objective just yet)Though she was trapped in Hotaru's body along with Saturn their powers were different question whether or not Mistress 9 is capable of planetary destruction(being stronger than Wiseman)
As for her being powerful on her own, she was able to stalemate Uranus and Neptune without any trouble.And her ability didnt summon Pharaoh 90, it was the Holy Grail's power.But if your referring to the manga than thats different.

Ok, I was thinking this over. Yes, Mistress 9 was powerful, but wasn't she that powerful only because of Chibi-Usa's pure energy within her heart, or because she could have been tapping into the power Hotaru had as Sailor Saturn? I'm not too sure just how powerful she would be just on her own. Perhaps her only true abilty was to summon Pharoh 90. What do you all think?

Replying to: Maybe your right Rina, but I dont see ANY of the others standing up to Pharaoh 90, not even Queen Beryl,Wiseman,or Nehelenia.If 90 wasent with the Death Busters then its a solid win for Dead Moon Circus but even the might Nehelenia and the Amazons cant stand up to the God of Death.
So the winners are the Deathbusters(Mostly 90 and Mistress 9 will do all the work ^_^) |
