As much as I like Fish Eye I would say Palla would win, Zoicite would die first cause he would of been killed if he got hit with the Tiara, and the Senshi's enemies have gotten stronger in each season.Kaori-Knight would be the next to die, if Sailor Moon had done the Moon Spiral Heart Attack on her it would of been over, whereas Hawk's eye blocked it with great ease.If Hawk can do it, Fishy can do it being stronger than the Deathbusters.
So that leaves Palla and Fish Eye, seeing that it was Palla's lemures(Mr. Magic Pierrot) that "killed" him fighting Fishy face to face should be no problem.Palla may be very childish but she is skilled with magic and her blue ball can do anything so i give the win to the immature quartet member.Unless Goku comes in and slams Palla and gives Fish Eye the win ^_^ But it would be a good fight between Fish Eye and Palla, Palla would win but it'll be a close one.

Palla Palla or Kaori. Notice that Sailors get powerful with each serie, and it took them almost equal (in case of Zoicite - none) amount of effort to get through each battle.
