It was great to meet a recent amputee (Tony) at Snetterton recently and pass on some of my experience and knowldge about competing as an amputee. He is planning to ride at Donington on 20th September (trackday).
Out of 39 competitors,i finished 13th and 11th in my two races, which was good enough to resume my 2nd place in the air-cooled chapionship and 10th overall (see www.supermononewsletter.co.uk).
I am competing again, this time at Castle Combe on 21st August in the Supermono race. If you're in the area, i'd be delighted to see you there...
