Message:   Following in the footsteps of Subway, Quizno's has introduced a few "7 grams of fat or less" sandwiches. And, these sandwiches are diabetic friendly at around 3-3.5 carb exchanges for a small sandwich (which is still plenty big). One of these new sandwiches is the Sierra Smoked Turkey. They describe it as follows:

Sierra Smoked Turkey on Italian Ciabatta Bread
Hickory smoked turkey, lettuce, tomato, red onions, Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

This is a wonderful sandwich. The Raspberry Chipotle sauce is a unique pleasure that blends with the turkey very well. And, adds enough spice to make the normal turkey sandwich interesting. It's ingredients are fresh and are well portioned. I HIGHLY recommend this sandwich to any of you looking for a diabetic friendly lunch.
