Although many are not experiencing any issues, the message board is not as yet rectified, for some browsers. It is still under review. Please use the other contact option from the teams page while you are experiencing this difficulty.
With trades, the game provides all trades that have been offerred together. All these trades must be processed at the same time. The default setting is 'accept' so if the dropdown menu has not been changed for any of the pending trades listed, it will process as accepted.
A decision is yet to be made as to whether this will continue to be the case next season, or whether trades will be isolated for processing one at a time. We have feedback on both and there are concerns that trades can be 'sat on' long term if it was to be changed. All feedback will be taken into account and a decision made before next season.
In general the trade system is far more supported by our members than in other games that offer restricted and limited trade options, stymied with salary cap restrictions.

Luke, the message board has been completely overhauled, new posts won't show immediately, it will update(refresh) itself regularly, bit like a chat room. A page refresh will show the new message. Please try it and let us know if it rectifies your posting issues.
