Cornish Language.

I am doing some research on the Cornish language. Would anyone be willing to answer a few questions. For example how many speakers of Cornish are there at present? Is it taught in schools? Is there any long term language planning to promote the use of Cornish outside of areas of specific interest?

I'd be grateful for any help.
