Shoe Menders in Helston from 1900 to 1950's
I am trying to find a record of my grandfather, Wilfred Noel Christophers, who married a Bessie Carter in in 1924. Both came from helston, and when married lived at Lowertown. Did he and possibly his father before him, have a shop, in Helston, can anyone throw any light on this? |
